Spiritual Care

At New Hope, we offer spiritual care programs to meet the needs of our community.

Christ Care is designed for adults. If you are experiencing the hurt of divorce, death, or ongoing struggles or hurts and would like to experience complete and lasting healing through Biblical principles, Christ Care is available for you.

RAINBOWS is for our children and teens (3-19) who are hurting from family problems, divorce, death, or family changes. The aim of RAINBOWS is to assist in building a stronger sense of self-esteem with someone to listen to their hurts and direct them toward a healthy resolution of the changes that have taken place in their lives with God’s help.

New Hope Lutheran Church provides Christ Care and Rainbows at no cost.

Jesus said: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, trust also in me.” John 14:1

Rainbows

Rainbows is considered the largest nonprofit organization with a history of successfully restoring hope to those who have suffered pain, loss, behavior problems or family problems. Rainbows has helped to improve the lives of close to two million participants.

People experiencing problems, especially children, need someone they can trust to offer guidance. Since 1983, Rainbows has provided help to children and teens, through a culture of openness and acceptance, helps them to learn to better understand and express their feelings and begin to move toward healing.

The curriculum is God based and uses Biblical principles. The person that meets with the child or teen has completed the Coordinator/Facilitator Training by Rainbows.
