RAINBOWS is a Bible based healing program for children and teens (ages 3 – 18) that are hurting from family problems, divorce, death, or family changes.

When children and teens struggle with family problems, separation, divorce, death or abandonment, it has a profound effect on all members in a family.

Youth are not always able to express their feeling in words. Their parents are suffering as well, and may be unable to initially support them. Consequently, grieving youth need to have a caring Christian adult to guide them through their grief. Even those who appear to be coping are often struggling inside with the churning, conflicting emotions of grief.  RAINBOWS was created to provide children, and  teens an opportunity for healing during and after their painful loss.

It is necessary for emotional healing to take place when a child or teenager is hurting.  RAINBOWS provides those struggling, an opportunity to share their feelings in an accepting environment supported by trained, caring, compassionate, Christian adults.

RAINBOWS offers two age-directed curricula: Rainbows (3-12 years) Spectrum (13-17 years)

The aim of RAINBOWS is to furnish the participants; to assist in building a stronger sense of self-esteem; someone to listen to their hurts and to direct them toward a healthy resolution of the changes that have taken place in their personal lives with God’s help.
